Environmentally Conscious Design

Jane Rawnsley Graphic Design Studio has a realistic point of view on the environment and our impact. Print design, by it's very nature, uses large quanties of paper and inks in its production. As a rule, at JRGDS we always opt for recycled content papers and vegetable based inks whenever available. We have found that the printing industry has balanced the quality and costs of recyled products so that the caliber of the end piece isn't sacrificed.

In addition, we are sure to recycle all office paper and cd's. It's our policy to reuse paper (there is a perfectly good back side to every page that comes out of the printer.) And each of our team members has taken the "Design Can Change" pledge. We've found that being mindful of the enviroment in the little things we do each day is changing the way we live and work.
